PLAYFUL! When was the last time, you really let loose and played? That is exactly what I did! Meet PLAYFUL!
This large well built 6 drawer dresser with a tall mirror demanded that I have fun painting her. Even creatives can be so serious so after saging* PLAYFUL, I started with this beautiful cobalt blue and then blended it with a vibrant purple. I contemplated the unique carvings on the drawers and doors and let my inner child out!
I finger painted with several colors and I put them wherever I wanted! Playfulness is not just for children and in fact, adults need it more! Letting yourself play is proven to relieve anxiety, increase creativity, foster relationships, decrease stress and aid in making smarter decisions! I hope you find time for play in you life soon!
I decoupaged playful coordinating paper on the sides and insides of 3 of the drawers. Turquoise wax adorns the sides of the other 3 drawers. I finished it all with clear wax!
Prior to arriving at her forever home, I will offer a blessing of health, happiness, and prosperity for you and your loved ones.
*Sacred ritual to cleanse away any negative energy by burning white sage around and inside the piece.
Vintage and Antique Furniture
Because I love our Mother Earth, I am avid about upcycling, recycling, repurposing and reusing. That is what makes being a creative so exciting! All of my furniture pieces are antiques/vintage/or just really cool! I see beauty where others do not. I embrace imperfection and I hope you do to as my pieces have a story to tell. Just like us, life has given them scars and wrinkles, and they are waiting for me to give them a make-over!
Pieces needing repair have been repaired to the best of my ability and knowledge and are in good working condition (unless specified).
I hand-paint all of our pieces. Therefore, you will see brush strokes, yummy drips, chips, and other “imperfections” that I have purposefully created. That is the beauty, charm, and character of a piece that has been painted by hand with love.

Shipping and Delivery
Free White Glove shipping is included in the cost of this furniture and will be provided in the continental US only. (If you want to ship to the Pacific Northwest, CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PURCHASE as shipping fees are higher.) You can have the confidence that your shipment is in expert hands! Your purchase will be handled with great care which means your piece will be carefully blanket-wrapped and delivered to the first floor of your home. Your driver will contact you for the delivery arrangements to ensure you are home to receive your furniture. Your furniture will be delivered inside unless you would prefer curbside.
This piece of furniture is ready to ship upon listing, but depending on your location in the US, transit times may vary depending on the private carriers’ schedules. It will be shipped from Port Orange, Florida.
I am not responsible for any in-transit damage. Please inspect the piece carefully upon arrival and note any damage to the shipping company immediately otherwise you will not be able to file a claim with them.
