Let Go of Anxiety & Depression So You Can Truly Live & Love Your One Wild & Precious Life!

Greetings, my loves!

I am so glad you are here!   Why?  

  1. You’ve been blessed with the gift of yet another day in this wild & precious ride we call “life!” Whoop!  Whoop! 
  2. You want more for yourself.  You have healing you need to do (don’t we all?) or you are looking for ideas and inspiration for how you can keep living your best life.  

Why am I here?  

  1. I’ve worn the shoes of depression, anxiety, stress and trauma, so I can truly say “I understand.”
  2. I’m in a better place now.  I have learned so much about our body’s innate ability to heal and now I’m living the best life I have so far!  
  3. I want that for YOU!

There is a lot going on in the world and it is &%$# HARD! COVID knocked us all on our proverbial bums. People are being oppressed because of the color of their skin; how they identify themselves; choices they want to make about their bodies, or just for the country they live in.  Depression, anxiety, and stress numbers have risen.  The news drowns us in negativity, creating the illusion that there is little to nothing good left in the world.

I do not believe that is true.  I believe we are in a time of great change.  I believe we are moving from a place of darkness to a place of light.  Martin Luther King, Jr once said, “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.” I believe light and love will change the world,but many of us are grappling with very real, dark situations:  depression, anxiety, trauma, being marginalized, stress, to name a few, so being “love and light” feels out of reach right now.

And that is why I am here!  To be a light, an inspiration and help you heal yourself!  I don’t have all of the answers, but with my background as a registered nurse, coach, energy healing practitioner and yogi, I just may be your person!  

Victoria Downs Healing Arts is a safe haven where I will hold space for you on your healing journey.  Here, I’ll be sharing the knowledge I have acquired over the years, having learned from so many amazing teachers: Byron Katie, Pema Chodron, Kundalini Yoga, Maya Angelou, Gabby Bernstein, Joe Dispenza, Louise Hay, Barbara Brennan, Bessel van der Kolk, Mel Robbins, to name just a few to help you let go of depression and anxiety and learn to manage stress.  Topics we’ll be talking about are: the mind-body connection, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, energy healing, coaching, yogic principles and so much more!  And, I hope to be an inspiration to you!
