Integrative Health Coaching (IHC) empowers you to make long-lasting behavioral changes that will positively affect your health: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. IHC can be the bridge between medical recommendations or your own goals and your abilities to successfully implement these changes into your unique, complex life!

How does Integrative Health Coaching work?

  • I work with the whole person, take time to listen to your concerns, and ask powerful questions to help motivate you to make changes.
  • I use the Duke Integrative Medicine Wheel of Health to facilitate inquiry and personal discovery.
  • I help facilitate behavior change in a structured, supportive partnership with you.
  • I can help you to identify obstacles to change and create strategies for forward movement.
  • I can provide additional resources for making healthy behavior changes.
  • Sessions can take place over the telephone, online video or in person.
